Since 1990, we’ve been proud to offer our guests the very best—fresh local produce, an overflowing greenhouse full of vibrant plants and flowers, and 36 irresistible flavors of hand-dipped ice cream to enjoy under the summer sun.

Find your favorite cup and some common ground at our cozy coffee nook nestled inside Showcase Gardens—right next to the ice cream shoppe. Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Common Ground Coffee serves up warmth, flavor, and friendly faces.
Our menu features something for every kind of coffee lover (and non-coffee drinker, too):

As a Landscape Installer, you’ll bring outdoor dreams to life—one boulder, shrub, and meticulously edged garden bed at a time. You’ll be the muscle (and the magic) behind our design plans, turning ho-hum yards into magazine-worthy oases. It’s part artistry, part manual labor, and all very satisfying.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in landscaping or a willingness to learn and get your boots dirty
- Can lift 50 lbs and move like you’ve done a few squats in your day
- A good sense of humor and a better sense of direction
- Ability to work as part of a team—we like solo heroes, but we love good coworkers
- Pride in your work and a love of making outdoor spaces awesome
- Fresh air (way better than cubicle life)
- Occasional goat sightings
- Discounted ice cream—because we believe in rewarding hard work
- A family-owned, fun-loving crew that doesn’t take itself too seriously
- Your work becomes part of the landscape—literally
