As a Landscape Installer, you’ll bring outdoor dreams to life—one boulder, shrub, and meticulously edged garden bed at a time. You’ll be the muscle (and the magic) behind our design plans, turning ho-hum yards into magazine-worthy oases. It’s part artistry, part manual labor, and all very satisfying.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in landscaping or a willingness to learn and get your boots dirty
- Can lift 50 lbs and move like you’ve done a few squats in your day
- A good sense of humor and a better sense of direction
- Ability to work as part of a team—we like solo heroes, but we love good coworkers
- Pride in your work and a love of making outdoor spaces awesome
- Fresh air (way better than cubicle life)
- Occasional goat sightings
- Discounted ice cream—because we believe in rewarding hard work
- A family-owned, fun-loving crew that doesn’t take itself too seriously

Garden Center Associate/
Ice cream scooper
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the greenhouse and retail areas
Ring up purchases accurately using a POS system
Water plants, restock inventory, and help maintain greenhouse cleanliness
Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare sundaes and milkshakes
Keep ice cream area clean, stocked, and customer-ready
Answer questions about plants, products, and ice cream flavors
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable standing, lifting, and working indoors and outdoors
Willingness to learn about plants and customer preferences
Enjoys working with people of all ages and being part of a seasonal, family-focused business
Flexible availability including weekends
Seasonal Position:
March through mid-November, with potential for returning each season.
We’re looking for friendly, hardworking team members who enjoy variety in their day and love helping people. This position includes working in our greenhouse, assisting customers at checkout, scooping ice cream, and providing warm, welcoming service to every guest who walks through our doors.
